Outdoor or indoor team building - the choice is yours!

We can put your team to the test by organising a whole range of outdoor activities; choose from orienteering, paint-balling, 4 wheel drive, golf, or water based activities including sailing, rafting, canoeing, etc., all supervised by fully qualified instructors and held at accredited centres.

Personality Profiling

  • Psychometric tools to profile team members. We can measure essential work related aspects of personality including; strengths, potential weaknesses, communication and interpersonal skills, management potential and key motivators. It is possible to describe the essential elements of potential behaviour in the working environment.
  • Management Development using Psychometric tools. This will provide invaluable information on your managers; their management and leadership style, decision making, organisation skills, timescale and people skills.
  • Team-Building with Psychometrics. This involves people understanding individual strengths and offers orientation for those working in teams promoting mutual understanding as well as respect for different work preferences, cultures and communication styles.

But it doesn't stop there - all events can be combined with an indoor session - to help build on the teamwork and experiences in the outdoor events.
