Training4per4mance works with a number of Accredited Centres in the South of England registered with City & Guilds, ILM, and OCR and is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and the Employment National Training Organisation.

This means that the individual not only works to national standards of performance, but also achieves a high level of training to support their development and learning.

Because our service is tailor-made to suit your needs, we can take one Candidate or several through their programme of learning.
What is involved?
One of the most frequently asked questions is "How long will my NVQ take?"
It should be feasible for a Candidate to do one unit per month. Therefore, depending on how many units are involved in the NVQ this should give you a guideline.
We work on a 1:1 basis with all candidates within your workplace, and ensure that we work at the pace acceptable to the Candidate but at the same time keeping the Candidate motivated to achieve and focused. However, we do expect a high level of support from the sponsor!
The next question usually is "Does it involve lots of paperwork"
No, we only want relevant and specific evidence relating to the NVQ and your work related output. All of the standards are quite specific about the performance criteria, knowledge and understanding and circumstances in which you need to prove your competency. Nothing is left to guesswork. It is quality not quantity. We will work with your people to build an effective portfolio of evidence.
