Training4per4mance is an ILM registered centre. It can deliver ILM accredited programmes along with the desired skills and performance improvements.

The range of qualifications include Awards and Certificates in:

  • Team Leading Level 2
  • Management Levels 3 – 6
  • Executive Leadership and Management Level 7

Psychometric measurements and assessments are a vital component in the Training4per4mance toolkit to help people to develop their leadership potential and these can be included within the programmes if desired.

Our CIPD and professionally qualified team are meticulous about maintaining and developing their commercial and training skills.
 

Our unique approach means that:
 

  • We will carry out an individual assessment interview to help participants and their Managers to decide which level of qualification is right for them taking into account their level of experience, roles and responsibilities and aspirations for the future.
  • We will work with the Sponsor of the programme to enable participants to benefit from the topics and to learn from their experiences.
  • Work based projects and assignments will be agreed with the sponsor and will form part and parcel of the learning experience
  • All participants are encouraged to complete Personal Development Plans and a competency based assessment.
  • Psychometric measurements can form part of the development process.
On successful completion, all programmes provide eligibility to affiliate membership (AInstILM).
