Our team of Associates enjoy working with people to identify areas in which their performance can be improved. We have experience in communicating and working with people at all levels and across disciplines within organisations.
We believe that our responsibility, as fully qualified and experienced training professionals, is to provide information which will enable people to improve their skills, develop their knowledge and become receptive to ideas which can change their attitude.
This is achieved by being innovative in presenting training material to stimulate interest, and motivate people to develop their true potential and remove barriers to learning and self development.
PROFILE OF Elaine Wilson, Managing Director Training4per4mance Ltd
Business Experience
Elaine's background is in Customer Service, Sales and Marketing. She has worked for some of the major multi-national companies including British Home Stores, Bayer UK, Electrolux (Flymo) Ltd, and Courtaulds. She was also involved in professional fundraising with the RNLI and Cancer Relief Macmillan Fund. Elaine was also responsible for setting up and organising the Macmillan Cancer Care Appeal which ultimately raised over £1m for a Cancer Care and Respite Centre at Poole General Hospital. The Unit was opened in January 1994.
Business Development
Elaine started the business in 1999. She has been working as a professional trainer since 1996, having previously been a Director of a national training organisation. She researches material for the design and development of training programmes and is able to offer a complete service to clients from assessment of training needs, through to designing appropriate material and delivering the programmes with her team of associates. Where appropriate, all training programmes are aligned to the National Standards.

PROFILE OF Dr Diana Mawson
Diana is an innovative and highly experienced business trainer and business performance coach.
Diana is Managing Director of The People Polishing Company and is an associate of Training4per4mance. She has written, designed and produced training material for people at all levels of achievement and from a broad spectrum of backgrounds. Her company has also carried out training projects in The Netherlands, Croatia and Belgium.
Diana comes from a background of management consulting, customer relations and financial co-ordination, holding various top-level posts, including Customer Relations Director of a large motor group and Director of an estate agency. With this background she specializes in working at senior level to assist teams of managers/directors to assess their abilities to make and effect valid and valuable decisions and to work together for the benefit of the business.
Diana has qualified to teach The Strength Deployment Inventory® (SDI®), as she believes that the foundation of effective communication is the understanding of the differences in people's motivations and behaviours. Knowledge of these differences is crucial to such business skills as team building, management and leadership.

PROFILE OF Barry Faith
Management consultant & trainer with over twenty-five years' of business management and providing support in relation to change management services to corporate customers; fourteen years' prior employment in HM Forces as a systems & testing engineer. Management and technical training design and delivery supported by practitioner experience in business process management, change & management of programmes of projects, specialising in risk management. Predominantly a Shaper and secondarily a Team Worker and Co-ordinator, with excellent analysis and quality checking capabilities.

PROFILE OF Janet Read
Business Consultant, JSO Consultancy
Janet specialises in training and organisational development with a strong bias towards the use of occupational standards and the Investors In People standard to underpin the work carried out with clients. She also delivers bespoke training to a variety of clients covering such areas as, supervisory management, customer service, developing self-confidence, delegation, appraisal and performance management. Much of the work is associated with the development and growth of organisations and individuals, considering quite diverse aspects, from assisting with the management of change through to maintaining and ensuring consistency in the delivery of products and /or services.
She is a qualified NVQ assessor, adviser and internal verifier, registered as a peripatetic assessor with a number of accredited assessment centres. From a solid foundation of effective management and training practice Sue has twenty years experience as a freelance Management & Training Consultant. During this time she has delivered negotiated contracts to a variety of organisations including: Tyco, Raychem, Motorola, Siemens Plessy, Hansons, British Gas, Wiltshire Training, AEE Winfrith, various FE colleges including Dorset College of Agriculture, Social Services, Probation Service, Prison Service and various universities.
The focus of these contracts has been the effective development of management and training skills, knowledge and understanding at all levels from front line staff to Chief Executive. She works with the Investor in People standards and competence based training and assessment where appropriate and effective.
